Nordic Naturals - Daily DHA, Healthy Brain and Mood Support, 30 Soft Gels

I love that it has 400mg of DHA in one pill. I have been using it daily for 6months and I feel refreshed and balanced. I have used other brands but end up not getting this much DHA because I forget some doses when having to take multiple pills per day. The difference in my mood and productivity these days is very clear. I love this brand and will continue with it for ever.

The product is great! The advantage is that it does not taste or feel like fish oil. The strawberry natural flavor help avoid the fishy after taste some other products leave behind.

Great for memory retention it really help me focus in the classroom again. My my niece to wander and was unable to focus. I did some research and this is a great natural alternative With attention issues. Do some research but this is a great brand the strawberry makes it easier to take.

I started using these and Omega Vision after friends told me that their doctor recommended these Omega 3 products for dry eyes. I have Sjogren's syndrome, which causes dry eye, and have been very limited in how much I can use a computer, watch television or even read a book. After about three weeks of using these, my eyes feel the best they have felt in years. I also have mild dementia, but have not noticed any improvement with that issue. That is the only reason why I gave this four stars.

These are less expensive than others that I order but they are huge in size so if you swallow larger pills, this one isn’t for you.
