I bought this pillow 2 years ago & it was much thicker, but soft still. It is now super thin & very soft to the point it doesn't give great support. I would recommend looking into another pillow if you like a pillow that supports, but molds around your neck. It appars this pillow has cheapened it's materials.

I ordered these to use in my camper for the season. This year we decided to buy all new pillows and trash the old ones. These were very reasonably priced and are very comfortable. I am sort of picky when it comes to my pillows. I like them to be squishy but not to squishy and firm but not to firm. These arrived in a vacuum sealed bag. Once the plastic is cut the pillow immediately starts to puff up. I have been using them regularly for the past few months and we love them. If I ever need to replace these or need new ones for my home bed. I would definitely order again.

I am so glad I got these pillows. Very different from what I've ever had. I do have to move and mold but they are so soft and comfortable and they stay how I place them. The problem is my movement. I am a side sleeper and use a CPAP machine. I'm very happy with them.

WORST PILLOWS EVER!!. These pillows lost all they’re fluff and shape within a month. Advertised as gusseted and printed cover and they had neither. Hotel quality my a**, if hotels had pillows like these they’d be out of business. Wish I could give no stars.

These pillows are a little bit softer than what I expected, I'm mostly a side sleeper and I use 2 pillows on my head. Reason why I'm giving 5 stars, is cause of the excellent quality, these pillow look and feel like those expensive ones you find in high end hotels. Since they are soft, I just fold them in half for a very comfortable sleep..

These pillows add a whole new dimension to "soft pillow". They arrive flat invacuum packed bags and immediately inflate on opening. They are SO squeezably soft in your arms and at night... yet, they are puffy all day - enough to hold the comforter up for a nice rounded top. LOVE EM...buying more.

I was looking for a comfort and soft pillow for several months or more and bought several of them and returned all I bought. After all I found this one which is the best for me and I am so happy to have it. This pillow is that much soft which I needed and helped me to sleep much better.

These pillows are amazing. I'm a side sleeper but love a super soft pillow and my husband usually sleeps on his stomach or back and he loves them too just after 1 night. I'm definitely ordering another set of 4 for the same bed. They're just so soft, they feel really heavy and firm and then you just sink into it so amazingly.
