I don't use this for bedbugs, but because it is pet friendly and I have a cat, I use it to kill ants, and it works great. Doesn't prevent them, however. Satisfied.

brought bed bugs home from a trip must have been from my suitcase. I tried this as I was afraid of poisons etc from other products because of my children and animals. Completely got rid of bed bugs. From what I can see in the ingredients there is nothing harmful at all. very good product. I hope I dont have to use it again though!! bed bugs are no joke!

I've used this on areas where ants won't stop invading. They're dead in seconds. About to reorder for a home in the tropics. Don't have bedbugs, but I'm convinced of its effectiveness.

the first shipment leaked all over the box and my front stoop, so my daughter took the bottle out and discarded the packaging after taking pics. I guess I didn't pay attention that my front step had no noticeable smell to it even with all that product spilled there. I used this product for years and it had a strong geranium smell to it. this product has the same ingredient list but is manufactured and distributed by different companies than the old "stop bugging me" spray. the smell has a hint of cinnamon and I cannot smell geranium at all. This is clearly not the same product so I'm really concerned if it works or not. and what is really in the bottle?

I have a bottle from before I purchased this one. This new bottle smelled different. I don’t like the smell. I will not be using it. And why is the smell different? The pleasant botanical scent was great. Why change a good product?
