Q: Why do i have to air them.out for 48 hiurs prior to use?

We didn't have to do that ours was pulled out and used when we opened. It did sit in the closet with other presents, for a few days but it was wrappedas shipped. We had no issues with ours and used it when it was opened.... ( possible that some were stored in warehouse that were comprised ) hope this helps

Q: What the difference between two different sizes?

WHAT IS THE SIZE DIFFERENCE PACKED UP BETWEEN THE KG-100 AND KG-200? ALSO WHAT IS THE TEMPERATURE RATING BETWEEN THE TWO?

Q: Im 6'5" and wonder if i would fit comfortably in it?

I'm also 6:5 you will fit into it I weigh 210 lb and I fit it's a good bag but the only problem that I see with it is that it doesn't have cross stitching so that material inside kind of will move around when it's washed FYI but all in all it's pretty warm

Q: Can this bag be zipped to another, and possibly another in order to make a couch cover?

Yes, but the material is very slippery on fabric. It could be done, but I think a normal couch cover would work best.
