for this price, the frame is great, but the glass is a bit thin and when i placed a book on it by mistake, it cracked. My fault. but good value for money.

I did not expect much, but this was a disaster. Black frame chipped from the side, plastic also chipped in one of the corners, and the back carton board that holds the picture is partially torn. What a sad product. I would not pay 10% of what is asked for.

This product had its four corners protected by thick cardboard cut outs which were stapled ON TO the wood of the frame! While removing the paper none of the staples came out as they were firmly wedged in the wood. When I prised them off with a blunt knife, the frame came apart and broke. Absolute waste of money as I can’t even return it now.

How is this even possibleFirst time the frame itself was broken, second time the glass was smashed into pieces.The packaging is not suitable for this type of product.It’s a shame because for some reason its nearly impossible to find a frame with the actual glass, only plexiglass everywhere

Once you open the back to put in your picture, it’s impossible to put it back in because the dimensions are not right. I tried to push it and it cut through my photo.Waste of money, I’m going to IKEA to buy basic frames.

Ordered two photo frames. Both are broken and also has scratches. Returning them

The glass in the first photo frame was broken on arrival. I reported this immediately on receipt. A replacement frame was sent and I didn't have to return the broken frame. The replacement frame arrived within two days! It was in perfect condition and was exactly what I needed. I cannot fault this customer service. It couldn't have been better!

Al di là dell'ottimo effetto estetico, voglio sottolineare la tenuta delle linguette metalliche che fissano la parte posteriore alla cornice: la fotografia che vi ho messo dentro non si muove di 1 millimetro.

One of the frames I ordered had scratches.

I opened and it was already broken in the package. What to tell else about it ? Perhaps not very smart of me to buy a frame through mailorder. Next time I'll buy it from a shop :)
