Super easy to use, works great!
This stuff is expensive but so easy to use. The instructions right on the bottle worked great for me. 5V for 30-60 seconds. I didn't even have to do any complicated surface prep, just cleaned the parts in alcohol first. So far I plated the rotor of my watch and some other jewelry where the original plating was wearing off.

It works on pewter*
I thoroughly washed the pewter and then ran it in a bath of electroclean for about 1 minute prior to plating.Followed the plating directions on the bottle and ran about 250ml bath, 5vdc in 1 minute increments while agitating the piece gently.The solution that I received is actually clear (not bluish as pictured) so I can see the piece easily in my beaker. About 3 of these runs with a light polish on the buffer between and I achieved a nice deep yellow gold plate.

Did not work well for my application. I use electronic plating machine and this was not as expected

Works very well for its intended purpose. The item that you are trying to plate has to be well prepped for this product to work.
