I was taking this product to help prepare for surgery and once I was healed from the surgery I stopped taking it and have not felt right since. Certain foods upset my GI system and I just did not have the energy I had before. Since getting back on the product I have felt so much better. Feel healthier, curb my appetite, and noticed an improvement in my nails and skin. I had one finger nail not growing well and looking rough. Once I went back on this it regrew and is much healthier looking than before. I am happy with this product.

I've only been taking these a couple of weeks, but already notice a huge difference. I have been having some pretty uncomfortable stomach issues for the last few months. I tried cutting out dairy with no luck. After doing a lot of research, I decided to finally jump on the probiotic bandwagon. In the beginning when took them I was still having some issues after eating, so I was a little skeptical. After the first week, I started to notice that I wasn't in pain after eating...even cheese! I am so happy that I can take these for gut health and not have to eliminate everything from my diet. I can't wait to see the long-term benefits.

So far this probiotic is working great for me...I'm happy to find something that is a reasonable cost and I don't have to refrigerate it...even if it doesn't have as many strands of pre/probiotics in it, at least I'm taking something!! I had gotten to the point that the $30+ per month bottles were just too expensive on top of all the other supplements I take. I also take the night and day time weight loss supplements from this brand and they are amazing. Love this brand! I'm getting a second bottle free for my review, but this is a VERY honest review!

Good Product - solid pill and not in a veggie-cap tablet (hooray because I don't want a stomach lined with plastic !!) This may get your stomach gasses going but I guess that means it's doing what it should. The more you read on how much damage Penicillin, Tylenol, packaged and fast foods are doing in killing your stomach micro-biomes, the more you will realize that Probiotics are a great option for keeping your gut in balance. Drink it down with a Kombucha and you'll really be on your way to better long-term health.

I ordered because of all the 5-star reviews. Expected a capsule as my other probiotics have been. When I saw it was a hard tablet, I looked at the reviews more carefully. Also, the product arrived with a slip marked, "Get a Free Bottle!" The purchaser is told to write and email a copy of the submitted product review to "[email protected]" - I appears that customers are rewarded for reviews. Then I found comments from 2 negative reviewers who said the tablet does not dissolve. I soaked one overnight in vinegar, and the liquid did turn slightly cloudy, but the tablet remained hard as a rock. Even if the product works for so many reviewers, I've been having too much digestive discomfort to try something in which I have no confidence.

I really couldn't tell it made a difference although I really hoped it would. I recently read in the book "Eat Dirt", which is about leaky gut, that you really need a probiotic with a lot of different strains in it because sometimes our bodies will only respond to a few of them and not others. So if you are taking a probiotic with just a few different strains, it might not do anything at all. What is helping me more than taking probiotics is eating more probiotic foods like organic kimchi and kefir.

No effect.

I have been having issues of bloating, gassing and excessive burping after meals, especially at night during sleep. I've tried apple cider vinegar, baking soda and 3 different probiotics and nothing helps. I accidentally found this product while reviewing the customers' comments for the top selling probiotics at Amazon. I liked what I read and all the 5 star rating. I decided to give it a try. I was having a restful sleep on the first night after taking the first pill in the morning. I only take one a day instead of 2 as the product suggested. It has been 3 days now and I don't have any more of gassing and burping during sleep. I will buy it again.
