Bought this for my late-teenage and young adult sons to get them on the right track with shaving. Sort of a fallout from Movember. The loved the kits. From my experience, the brush loses a little more bristles than I have experienced with other brushes, and the soap is good but not top quality. But they are perfect for introducing someone to wet shaving. I got the version with the metal soap dishes because I have been clumsy with ceramic in the past and I wanted something durable. The dish is fine and fits the soap perfectly. the loather did work up well and the results were good.

There is nothing good I can say about this set. The brush was losing hair the second time I used it. The bowl is so small The foam comes out over the sides. The soap I have not use yet but have little hope for it. Stay away from this one and spend more money to get something better.

This is a great kit if you're looking into trying this type of shaving. I kept the tray and brush, but I've found much better soap.
