Worse buy ever..
These pillows r super flat , absolutely no fluff, its like sleeping on a cardboard.. No comfort whatsoever . I thought they would fluff up after I took them out of the plastic but they never did. Don't waste your money on these useless pillows!!

Used to wake up with neck and back pain. Now I don't.
That one review where the person said they don't fluff up, well you have to push it together from the sides to fluff up the compressed memory foam. Fluffs right up and is moldable to whatever shape you need it to be for a comfortable nights sleep. I picked these up at Costco and I would highly recommend these to anyone with neck and back pain when waking up.

A little too thick
Keeps head cool and molds fairly well, but just a little to thick/high and I usually like a little thicker pillow. Hopefully with time it will flatten just enough. Have used for 2 months now and keep using it so okay but not my favorite ever.

They are exactly the right thickness, soft enough and firm enough
2121 has been the year of the quest for the perfect pillow. 2 memory foam cervical pillows failed me and I finally found one of these shredded foam pillows in a king size last month. It was great for a while but it's just too big for me so I opted for these two and they are fantastic.The size is exactly right for me and they are the perfect thickness for side, back or stomach sleeping.My head sinks in just a little but there is a firmness to the pillow also that keeps it comfortable and prevents it from flattening completely.The shape of these pillows also seems to give them an ergonomic advantage but don't quote me on this. This is an impression.Usually items like this that arrive wrapped in plastic have that horrible smell that takes a while to get rid of, these had a slight "new" smell that went away on medium heat in the dryer in 15 minutes.Keep in mind that shredded memory foam doesn't have the same feel as a memory foam block.Now I am still giving these a 5 star for what they are and the comfort and quality BUT there is no way I would pay $50 out of pocket for these pillows. There are many similar pillows available for far less.
