A good cling
I'm not sure I would want this cling on my external windows as they are not particularly "modern", however they were perfect for my latest project which was to replace the wrapping paper on the glass of my junk cupboard (hiding all my tools). As you can see from the photos, once up it looks quite good.Easy to apply. When unrolling, check which direction the pattern is going in - my first roll started at the bottom and the second roll started at the top! There is a little tag at the start of the roll on a corner - this is really useful for peeling the backing plastic off the roll (I didn't discover this until the second roll, and it quartered the amount of time it was taking to take the peel off!).The advice on the packaging is to cut the roll to the size you want before you apply it. I would suggest that it is far easier to cut to an "ish" length, squirt a bit of water on the glass, apply the film and then cut away the excess with a Stanley knife once applied. This is my method, and I use static cling on all my windows. I find it looks much neater and is far easier to do. For windows, I use a thin chopping board to steer the knife down the edges. For the cupboard pictured, I used an old cassette tape box. Basically anything stiff and straight will do, for a uniform edge! The quality of this vinyl is fine. It's a good thickness and appears to be clinging on so far (I will update this review if it doesn't!). So, if you like the pattern, go for it.

Fantastic customer service
Please don't waste your hard earned money, ours went up then came down, the pattern looked so light with a sunlight glow in the photos, wrong, it was awful, very old fashioned, thick plastic, not much light came through it, applying it wasn't to bad, the edges kept trying to come off, really the best bit was the ease of removing it, it came off so easily, that it made you think how long it would have stayed up.I must add to my review how great the company are, they contacted us, after my review, gave us a full refund, without us asking for one, apologised. Even though the product wasn't for us, I would definitely recommend this company, what great customer service.

Who Knew?!
Purchased it to hide some paperwork from prying eyes. I literally needed just ordinary tap water to secure it to the large glass partition. I simply had to cut it to size. I initially had it quite high then cut it in half to reduce the height/level of concealment. I took it off once just to reduce and splashed some water to secure it again. I purchased it over 3 months ago and it shows no sign of falling off. I'm intending to get it for home use as well.Great discovery for me.It's March 2021 - the window film has not moved nor fallen off. I'm beyond impressed. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

beautiful pattern but too much like vinyl
Ordered this as I dislike net curtails. Have used sticky back stained glass style effext window film from b&q on the front windows, but fell in love with this pattern, so thought I'd use it for the back room, as the colours match better. The design is lovely, but the thickness of the film makes it more like vinyl that window film. I've used cling on window film before, and it's been thinner, so not sure why this is the case. It's a shame, as though the light comes through ok, the lovely transluscent quality isn't there, and it looks a bit too plasticy, like the kind of vinyl you'd find in the 70's, stuck to kitchen tables. It kind of detracts a lot (for me) from the stained glass effect that other window films have. Also, the pattern only repeats every metre, and while this makes for a more interesting and natural look, if your windows are wider than the film, it's not always possible to get two lengths out of a roll, that match together. I bought two rolls for two windows, and have had to faff a lot to get both windows covered seamlessly, because of this. That wouldn't matter so much as the vinyl quality, which is just a bit to thick for me. Still, the tumbling lily design is lovely, and much better than most, so if the thickness doesn't bother you, I'd recommend.

Easy installation and so pretty
I love this! Bathroom was too bright even with blind down and this gives just the right amount of reduced light and at the same time is so beautiful. It wasn’t too hard to install on my own.
