Works forever if soft water.

Disliked:The hand soap dispenser that is under-cabinet mounted was missing the filler tube {or whatever it may be called} that goes into the hand pump through the sink next to the faucet. So I have a hand soap dispenser I would like to use, but can't. Left a comment to the seller about this, but to date, have yet to get this filler tube I need to use the hand soap dispenser. Couldn't find a way to contact seller directly, just leave a comment. This is why I removed one star from the overall rating, would have been 5 stars if I had gotten the filler tube for my hand soap dispenser. This is the ONLY ISSUE I had with the faucet.Likes:The faucet is very nice, it's a gooseneck faucet, has 2 modes, spray and stream, the spray is great, has good steady flow and helps get debris on dishes and utensils clean. Single handle makes it easier to use for water flow in both modes. It fit perfectly in our new kitchen sink we had installed along with this faucet at the same time.Other than the missing filler tube for the hand soap dispenser that renders it useless, the faucet is a very nice unit and I would recommend it. And this would have been a 5-Star review if not for that issue and no response from the seller on how to get the missing tube that goes inside the hand soap dispenser.

I love it. Easy to install and looks great

The media could not be loaded. We received a defective faucet that leaks. The owners manual shows different leak positions and provides solutions. For our leak location, the recommendation was to contact customer service. I emailed them 4 times and sent a video of the link but I did not get a reply.I then reached out via Amazon to the seller and they said no problem, just email us. They provided the same email address to contact so I reached out again. Still no reply. I continued corresponding on Amazon messages but they did not reply.I will say the the quality and features of the faucet seem great. If it was not leaking in an irreparable area, we would be happy with it.UPDATE: I did eventually receive a replacement faucet and the company was very apologetic. However, that one leaked too and now they are not responding again. Wish I would have spent the extra money for Moen at this point as this has been a huge waste of time!

The media could not be loaded. We remodeled our kitchen in December 2022, and I saw this faucet at Home Depot and knew I wanted it. Of course instead of paying over $300 at HD, I came to Amazon. I’m a review reader, so after going down the rabbit hole and looking at almost every matching faucet on Amazon, I decided on this one. For a third of the cost! I purposely wait at least 90 days to write reviews, because I like to actually “use” the product before giving my opinion. We’ll all had been GREAT with this faucet! Plenty of ohhs & ahhs! Then the light stop working😩. I of course was outside of my 30 day return window and who wants to disconnect an entire faucet for a light feature. I decided to contact the company. They immediately sent me a new faucet head (that was just a screw on) and I’m back to happy! They were quick and fast! No questions asked and they even sent an email to see if I was happy with the replacement! I ordered my new light fixture from them too and we LOVE. them also! I will always come to the Casavilla Store on Amazon first! Great products & customer service!

OK for the price and love the style. Unfortunately, pull down sprayer does not have a lot of flexibility.

I absolutely love the polished brass finish that’s so hard to find. The price of this faucet is a STEAL! I only bought this as a trial because it’s so low priced to see if the finish works before I spend top dollar on the brushed brass finish, but I love this so much, I don’t think I’ll need an upgraded faucet. As long as it holds up. I also love it came with the matching soap pump that was so convenient.
