Good holster but...
I purchased this holster specifically for my POST certification qualification. Even after completely removing the tension, it's still pretty tight and scratched the slide of my gun. Every millisecond counts when it comes to the qualification. I can't afford to lose any time trying to get my gun out of the holster... I tried to loosen it with a hairdryer, which kind of worked. I need absolutely zero retention whatsoever for this particular purpose. Bummed that now my gun is scratched. Otherwise, it's a decent OWB holster for the price.

Tends to sag slightly, but otherwise OK.
I purchased this holster for my Sig P365-XL with red dot optic. The gun fits into the holster PERFECTLY and with a good loud click to let me know the weapon is retained. I wear it in the 3-4 O'Clock position most times and drawing the pistol involves just the right amount of tension; I am confident the weapon will not leave that holster unless I want it to. My only gripe is that the weapon tends to sag off my hip a bit, even with a solid gunbelt cinched tightly. Naturally, this affects printing. This does NOT happen when the same weapon is secured in my ComforTec xl belly band holster, and you can barely see the pistol, even when I'm wearing a tee shirt. And I am a big man. The construction of the holster and overall quality is excellent, but I wonder if this sagging is a design flaw.

Great holster for the price!
For $20-30 this is really a great holster for someone on a budget. I read a lot of reviews about the retention being too tight but I did not find that to be the case with mine. Simply move the screw down (per instructions) and bam, much easier to unholster.One suggestion I'd make right off the bat is throw out the belt loops that come with it. Get the pancake loops for your appropriate sized belt (I got 1.5" and 1.75" for $10) and it makes a world of a difference.I got this holster for competition reasons and so far it's working out great. I don't expect this thing to be an amazing out of the box holster, but it does exactly what it needs to.One more thing to note is that it does keep your CCW/CPL close to your body. You may need to push your hips out just a little to comfortably unholster/reholster.
