Looks like it will be a terrific omlet pan
I make egg-white only omlettes, and there is basically no way to prepare this in a normal pan. This seems to be the best non-stick pan I have ever had .. looks great, seems very durable, and works like a charm for egg-white omlettes, no PTFE chemicals. Normal omlets really don't need a non-stick pan, but this solves a tricky problem very well.

It's a very nice pan.
Size is right ,very non stick , heats evenly. Handle needs to be attached but the send 2 screws and a screwdriver with it. Also a safe scrubby sponge. So far I'm liking it. Hope I have a lid that will fit.
