The media could not be loaded. I ordered this UV light sanitizer because I'm a germaphobe & wanted to be able to clean things that can't be sanitized by wipes. I like the portability of this wand & that fact that it's cordless & rechargeable. The safety feature is nice. You have to push a button at the bottom first to be able to activate the button to turn on the light so it prevents accidental turning on or if a child gets a hold of it. The power button is not really a button but an indent that responds to touch so it's easy to turn it on/off. I used to have a UV light that automatically turned off when you turn it upwards & would only work if it was facing down which would have been a good safety feature as well. I also like that the angle of the lamp can be adjusted. The instructions were not great. It said to hold the light 1 inch over the surface you want to sanitize but it doesn't say anywhere for how long. It also doesn't say how wide the area covered is. It comes with a charging cable but the cable is really short-just a few inches long. It's a mini-USB port that goes in the lamp & the other end is USB A so it can be charged on a computer, a charging block or an outlet that has a USB A port. It took about 4 hours to charge it from completely dead to full charge. There's no easy way to find out if this UV light actually kills germs, but I'm still going to use it especially when I go on vacation & stay in hotels.

This sanitizer lamp is pretty good - it's a wonderful size and folds up to a small size that fits well in your purse or tucked away in a cabinet or drawer. What i'm not a fan of is that I can't quite figure out how to get it to go on and off. There is a physical button on the back as well as a sensor button that I think works like a trigger. It turns on and off arbitrarily while you are using it. I think this must be a timer function but I haven't quite figured it out. A set of usable instructions would really help.

This wand came with a damaged charger port but I was able to charge it at certain angle. When I went to use it lost power within 5mins and would not turn back on. Not only that, I really feel like this product is a gimmick and do not trust it to do what it is intended for. Real bummer as I was super excited to sanitize away! I definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND PURCHASING!

My wife asked me to get one of these for when we travel. The light is easy to use and compact, folding in on itself so it can't be turned on unintentionally. It seems to work as intended, but since it's killing things too small to see I take it on the faith of science. Still, in today's world I'm glad to have this as an additional tool in the safety kit for my family.

Doesn't hold a charge. Must charge after a week of non use.

This arrived from the vendor in its own sturdy tamper evident sealed box. Inside the wand was suspended by foam inserts on top & bottom of the box to keep it from getting damaged. Also inside were quick instructions, an instructional brochure, & a sealed short USB power cord.It was difficult to tell from the listing photo, but this is pretty big, although most of its its size is exaggerated by a long handle.I have a UV-C testing card that lets you verify if a device is still viable (devices do wear out). I’ve also found devices that simply did not have any viability (from their start) .This device passed with a strong wavelength!One interesting thing is when you open it up & then try to activate it, it will do nothing. You need to press the black button by the charging port then press the “button” (an indentation) on the top. This is a great way to keep kids from picking this up & playing with it (or looking into it).I am very happy with this, as I was down to one good device.I recommend this as well!
