The product was good and the quality was perfect but it didn’t fit properly.

True to size but not as comfortable as the one I bought from the mall

These were a replacement of a pair I have worn for years. The soles are not as comfortable - a bit rough and hard.I can't seem to find the wider width any more. I expect, like everything else, they are being made cheap in China.Having said all that they are still better than most sandals so I will keep wearing them.

I have plantar faciliitus and these are so comfortable. I would highly recommend them.I had to order one size bigger than normal.i have worn fitflops for years + they last for years

These are so comfy. Highly recommend them.Beautiful quality.Be sure to use the size chart because I’m usually a size 8 but thank god I read the sizing and got a size 9. Perfect fit. You might have to size up but check before ordering.

I have had this product before, this is my second pair. So comfortable even when you first put them on, they are even more comfortable when you've worn them a few times and the leather has softened.
