Okay joint supplements are hard to gauge since they need to be taken longer than 30 days to see any real improvement but I think I've seen a little improvement in my knee pain.I sometimes have random pain in my knee which has never gone away and to be honest, it was never so bad that I wanted to see a doctor but it was always there.Formula:It doesn't make sense to list all the ingredients since they are all listed on this page but it is quite unique.I was worried about the green tea but it has no caffeine and taking it at night hasn't affected my sleep at all.The only thing I didnt like was that there's no MSM, but makes up for it with the other ingredients.Effectiveness:For the first 2 weeks I thought the only thing this was good for was sleep. It was weird because I don't know what was in this that was helping me achieve deeper and more restful sleep. Maybe the herbs in this have more benefits than joint health?So as I mentioned the only real problem I have is in one of my knees. I felt random, nulling type of pain even when I was just sitting. I don't know from what. Could be just from sitting too much.After 2-3 weeks though I noticed less and less pain with my knee just felt overall better.I've been off this joint supplement for about a week and a half now and the pain hasn't come back. I don't want to say it healed or cured any problems I have but it certainly must've played a big role!Overall:This did a bit more than I expected. I slept better on this but i eventually stopped taking it at night and took it in the morning an hour or two before breakfast because I usually eat before I sleep.The price is fair but I'd love to see it at 30 bucks since it's a 30 day supplement. The formula is jam packed so I can't complain, this just has more than what the average joint supplement has.So if you're like me and can't stand going to sleep hungry, you have two options:- Take it before your workout if you workout on an empty stomach- Take it before breakfast, preferably an hour or two prior.All in all, I would buy this again and would recommend it to anyone who has joint issues.Thanks! I've been taking this for three months now and I love it. After numerous brands that I've tried like Move Free or Osteo Bi-Flex, this is a brand I can stand behind.I don't give out 5 stars because nothing is 100% perfect. Something can always be better.But nonetheless, this supplement is worth trying. It's a 30 day supply, I would wait to judge it until during the fourth week to give your body time to absorb and use the supplement.One thing that I find great about it, is that the directions say to take 2 capsules at night. I take them right before bed and they've helped me with my morning stiffness especially during these winter months. That makes sense since the body is in "recovery mode" while you sleep. That's when you heal which helps with the effects of this specific supplement.

I have psoriatic arthritis. It's autoimmune so I have to be careful about the supplements I take. I don't want to take anything that may make my immune system work better, since it's attacking my healthy tissue. When I take this supplement I notice a marked decrease in the stiffness in my joints first thing in the morning. This is more than any other joint supplement has ever done for me. The only reason that I didn't give this 5 stars is because I did have several nights in the beginning where I woke up feeling very nauseous. That went away after about the first week of use. I'm sure if I wasn't awakened I wouldn't have even known about the nausea. All in all, this is a great supplement. If you're even considering it, try it out. Coming from someone who lives with a very high level of pain...it takes me from a 5 to a 3...and that is totally worth it to me!

I was not paid nor did I receive free product for this review. I have reviewed this product before, but felt I needed to update my review. I have noticed several reviews on Cryotherapy for another product because the company is offering that product for free in return for a review. That is sad, because THIS STUFF WORKS.I have been taking this for almost a year now, and I purchased every bottle myself. I started having debilitating knee pain last May. I have tried everything, including this. I have also tried to go off of everything, including this, as my pain subsided. Well, my next bottle is scheduled to arrive sometime today, and it won't be a moment too soon. Twice I have tried to cut this out of my daily regimen of meds, and twice I have reordered. I went from little to no pain 2 weeks ago, to stiffness and pain for the last week, after I ran out. That decides it for me. This stuff is keeping my pain levels down. That is the only change that happened in the past 2 weeks, was running out of cryotherapy. Now I know...this is a nonnegotiable supplement in my daily routine. It's worth the cost if it keeps that horrible pain away so I can actually walk and function normally.It's sad that the company is seeking false reviews when this product actually works.Again, this is my own opinion, and I have not been compensated.

I am in my mid 30s and I have been buying various supplements for almost 20 years now. Of those supplements there are only a small handful that I could honestly say I noticed a positive effect. This supplement is one of them. I have had chronic low back pain for about 10 years now. I have been using this product off and on for about 4 of those years. When I use this product my back heals up. Most recently I started feeling the back pain returning so I quickly ordered a bottle. The day after I started using it the pain began to diminish. After 2 days the pain is gone. I'm not saying this is some sort of miracle cure for back pain, but when partnered with a healthy PT routine you should notice a significantly faster healing process.
