The product never worked after it came in. We are stationed over seas so returning it isn't really an option.

It was ok
It does not fit as tightly as I would like and I would have returned it but I needed to chargey laptop. Although it said it would fit my chrome, i can barely move my laptop with the charger in cause it will fall out, but I guess you get what you pay for.
