A must have at home, ready to use any time. In January we had NO ELECTRICITY FOR TWO DAYS, these lamps sure save us. Good looking. Easy to carry. Battery charged, giving nice bright light, affordable.

This lantern is bright the batteries last a long time and most important you could charge your phone with it as a USB port very very nicely done. My only problem was I didn’t realize that was put 3-D batteries in or put three AAs in. I attempted to put both and don’t do that very difficult to get out Something lacks in the directions when things are shipped from China there’s never any words there’s always pictures but not always easy to decipher, but the product is excellent.

I got two of these, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. They really do offer significant lighting for power outages or camping. The size is small enough for a child to use, and the item is very stable. I think the look is very neutral. The handle seems very secure. Very pleased.

The media could not be loaded. What I liked:• Works with D cells or AA batteries, including NiMH rechargeable batteries.• Reasonable battery life. It runs on "High" for about six hours with AA rechargeable batteries.• Glow-in-the-dark buttons can make it easy to spot in the dark. The moon-glow light setting is even better.Issues:• There's no battery level indicator.• It's not what I would want to rely on during an emergency. Other lights, costing a little bit more, are more durable.Overall, this is somewhere between a toy and a decent light. We use it to provide extra light when we're eating outside at night, and my daughter uses it when she has friends over for a sleepover.However, for camping (and any potential emergencies) I prefer my Glocusent Survival Camping Lantern.

Super performance for next to nothing!I've had the same d size batteries ini e for 5 years. Hardly used it. Maybe a couple of hours. Batteries sill ready 1.5 volts! No leaks. High setting lights up an entire room,Candlelight mode is perfect and lasts forever. AA option is fantastic feature. Great value even if you pay the full price. New version with USB port is a great feature especially if you have a dead cell phone and need to charge it to make an emergency phone call.

I live in an area with alot of thunderstorms, so my power goes out a lot. This is so bright and has been great for when I've lost power. I used it during a hurricane and it lasts a very long time.

Terrible! 0 stars if could. The area where the 3 D batteries & 3 AA go was TOO SMALL. I forced the batteries in. Bad idea. No contact? Lamp didn't work. Knowing I had to return this stupid lamp I tried to get the 6 batteries out. Too tight!. Finally with a wrench I was able to. I might have scratched the Ds getting them out. Returning!!!

This arrived quickly and was well packaged. Here in Tampa we have had 3 serious storms in rapid succession and I wanted a light that was powered by old school D or C batteries not rechargeable batteries needing a power outlet. This fits the bill. It has three settings the highest lights an enire room, it is easy to a carry and always ready. Highly recommend.
