Nice to hold

Excellent for pressing seams so you don’t have to iron everything

This is a great little roller, easy and comfortable to use. The only issue I had is the screw became loose holding in the roller after relatively limited use, however, a quick mend with the screwdriver and all working well. So, 1 star down for this.

Useful roller for firming down glue strips etc.

I was taught by my mother, when I was young, to dress make, and when I retired I attended dress making/ tailoring classes. I’ve always hated pressing seams. I was taught to use my fingers or the rolling pin and it was painful and time consuming! I recently purchased this seam roller, and I’m a convert. The roller arrived 24 hours after ordering it, just in time for doing all the final pressing to the edges of the garment that I was making.I can’t get over how quick and easy it is to get a professional finish to the garment that you are making!I am so pleased with this roller. It allows you greater control over the pressure being applied and the result is so satisfying.

Easy to handle, does not need much pressure which is a bonus for arthritic hands, rolls very easily and smooth enough for delicate fabrics, good value for money given the one I recently broke cost a lot more than this x love it and would recommend to any one who sews

Easy to use on both quilt cotton, and also fabrics such as faux leather and waxed canvas that can't be ironed

This simple little tool is a great help. I use it to press open seams and flatten hems for top stitching. It's makes it very convenient to do the small jobs without having to leave my sewing machine or wait to heat an iron. This tool is well worth having in a sewing kit.
