Large, Comparatively Expensive & Difficult To Open
These B12 supplements come in a nice looking outer cardboard box. Inside is the bottle of tablets, made from white HDPE (High Density Polyethylene). The bottle measures 10.7cm tall with a diameter of 5.3cmThis might be a one off, but the bottle I received was extremely difficult to undo. I am by no means a weakling, yet it took multiple attempts before I was able to get it to budge (there is no childproof lock, it was just stuck fast). Once finally opened, it was easy to screw the lid on and off from then on. The inner seal was also thick, requiring quite a bit of force to break it. I would therefore not recommend these tablets if you are frail, unless you have someone who can open them for you.Upon opening the bottle, in this day and age when we need to be more environmentally friendly, it was disappointing to see that over half the bottle was empty space. The capsules are quite big at 2.2cm long by 0.8cm wide. Whilst they are an easy to swallow shape, their size might cause some who have difficulty taking tablets to struggle.According to the label, Adults are meant to take one capsule per day. Meaning this bottle has enough capsules to last nearly 2 months (60 days). Each capsule is said to contain 1000mcg of Vitamin B12 (as Cyanacobalamin).According to the label the other ingredients include: Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, and Titanium dioxide. These supplements, which are manufactured in the UK, and are said to be suitable for both Vegetarians and Vegans. They are also both Halal and Kosher. They are Non-GMO, Gluten and Gelatine Free. The bottle I received have a best before date of 19 months from the time I received it.In conclusion, these capsules are a good source of B12. However at the time of the review (April 2022) the price is £6.29, which after looking at other B12 capsules on Amazon seems to be quite high. Given the issues I had with these tablets (difficultly opening them, the size of the capsule, the wasted materials used) it is hard to recommend them over those other cheaper options.Amazon asked me to review this product in return for my honest opinion. That is what I set out to do, and I hope you found this review helpful.

Expired vitamins
I’ve received the vitamins and was having them on kitchen table. A week after I realised they have been already expired months before I even received them ! Massive disappointment !!! Avoid purchasing and look into dates whatever you purchase

On the large size so some may struggle
I’m not one for taking tablets other than vitamin D as you should be getting all the vitamins you need from a varied balanced diet but my girlfriend had a B12 deficiency so needed to take something. She reported that these were ok to swallow but on the large side so some may struggle. These would also suit vegans & vegetarians who may not be getting enough B12 from their diet. These are vegan approved too. Some reviews mention the use of anti caking agent but Magnesium stearate is generally considered safe - research this ingredient if concerned.Country of origin states UK which is reassuring that certain standards will be met.I’d recommend these if you need to supplement your diet or have a B12 deficiency

A good Vitamin B12 supplement, but expensive compared to some.
This Snybio Vitamin B12 capsules are currently priced at £6.29 (Prime) for 60 capsules, which makes them just over 10 pence each. The suggested dosage is one capsule – 1000mcg - per day. This is a high dose as the NHS currently recommend that people who take it for dietary deficiency should take 50 – 100mcg per day, and those with a non dietary-related deficiency should take one or two 1000mcg per day. However, B12 is a water soluble vitamin with low toxicity, so it’s thought to be pretty safe to take high doses like this because any excess will be excreted in the urine.I ordered this to try as my GP has suggested taking a B12 supplement might help the paraesthesia (tingling) that I’ve been experiencing in my hands and feet, and I’m pleased to say that this seems to have sorted out my problem. I take one capsule per day. The capsules are an easy size and shape to swallow and leave no aftertaste or digestive upset for me. They are also suitable for vegans. The tub is recyclable PET, and it comes in an outer cardboard packaging. Labelling and instructions are clear and comprehensive.Having had a search around online, you can buy cheaper Vitamin B12 at the same strength for far less than these capsules – I have found one that works out at 2 pence per capsule so, although I like this product and it works for me, I have to take a couple of stars off as it’s not the best value for money.

Large capsules
I ordered these for my youngest daughter but unfortunately they are too big for her, so my elder daughter will have them instead. They come well packaged, they are boxed, in a plastic tub, and then have a seal as well. They are vegetarian and dairy free. The capsules are one a day. They are so big though, the B12 my daughter takes at the moment are tiny and easy to take, these are no good for anyone who struggles taking medication. At £6.29 they are reasonable value, but the size would put me off purchasing them again, but if you have no issues taking medication then they are a good buy.
