Tried 4 Others, this Worked the Best
First I read about probiotics in general . I learned it is best to take them about 30 minutes before you start eating. Also literature said to be sure to drink at least 8 oz of water with it and then with your meal. I tried several highly rated brands. This one worked the best for me starting on the third day. I am also on the Fodmap diet which, at the beginning, eliminates food that tends to irritate.
