Bought from a medical equipment not on Amazon
This is the worst mattress every....I would encourage everyone not to purchase. My husband has lewy-body disease and I thought this would be the right purchase. He would wake up screaming in pain....it didn't matter how much or little the pressure was in this air mattress. I talked to a sales rep out of Colorado and he was like gee I am sorry....and offered no other help or consideration on this matter. We tried it only once and my husband woke in pain...then I visited with the sales rep and He suggested trying this and that which I did but still NO RELIEF for my husband. Of course the local medical supply store locally will not refund or exchange mattress since it was slept on one time. This has been a waste of money and I encourage everyone out there DO NOT even think of purchasing this mattress for a loved one.
