Overall a great bag, lots of room (a lot more than I expected). This could fit 2 full sets of turnout gear plus there’s the extra pocket on the side. The zippers seem to be the thicker style which is great because the issue I had with my old bag was the zippers busting, no issues like that with this bag. Only downside is the shoulder strap pad tore fairly soon after I started using it. Though it’s not a big deal it would be nice to have one that’s a little more heavy duty. Would definitely buy it again if I needed another one. I use this everyday at work and it gets thrown around quite a bit so I’ve also recommended it to coworkers

This bag is huge. In fact, it's a lot bigger than I expected. It's very well made and should last for years.

This is the worst bag ever!!!! I bought it in September but didnt start using it til January and all it has done is fall apart. Shoulder pad tore off and it is coming unseamed all over the bag. The company offered to send me another one but that makes no sense since it is not made well. I will NEVER buy one of these again and they never offered a refund!!!!

I've had this product for about 6 months now. Overall it works as described. It's big enough to hold my turnouts, helmet and duty boots, as well as some other crap that I carry to and from work. The seams have been holding up okay, which is what failed on my last bag.I have a couple gripes though. First, the shoulder strap does not work. It can be shortened, but when used, the strap extends again. I had to use a strap from an older bag. Due to the bag's size, it is a little unwieldy to carry. Second, the material on the bottom does not hold up at all. I use the bag to transport my gear between my car and the app floor, and nothing else. However the material on the bottom has started to deteriorate leaving little bits of plastic all over the place and my car. I think it's only a matter of time before the bottom fails and I need to look for another bag.
