Ordered one of these storage units. When it arrived, it had several broken components inside, so it was returned. A replacement was requested, and, guess what, it also contained broken pieces! This time, a refund was requested. Keter customer services were contacted 2 times by email, but did not respond. A phone call was made, and after a 25 min wait, i spoke to a person who was totally un-helpful.In conclusion,a bad experience.

After previous experience of Keter storeage products and the ease with which they were assembled we thought this would be in the same class. How wrong we were. The instructions are not clear but they tell you to click the pieces together. The force required to do this has resulted in 3 large cracks in the structure. In order to make it water tight we have had to use gaffer tape, which looks awful. This is a very poorly produced piece of equipment. Think twice before you purchase it. The quality has deteriorated from the previous model.

Bought for storing 2x240l Wheelie Bins, houses them perfectly.When building the storage unit just make sure you read the instructions, can be a bit fiddly to build but came together brilliantly.

Part missing but might be manufacturing / packaging error since the check list says only 1 metal trim required but within the instructions clearly 2 are required, 1 for the bottom of the back and 1 for the top, but managed to bodge it by just using the 1 that was supplied for the top.I bought this for my mother, I bought one of these 2 years ago but it was the older version, they are still using the same hydraulic hinge which is poor quality and breaks after a years worth of use, I had to replace mine, however I did notice the hydraulic is weaker on these, only 95Nm mine were 120Nm so that might put less stress on the hinge, time will tell.Most of the screw holes arnt screw holes you have to bore the hole with the screw and most the components that are screwed together are done by screwing 2 pieces of thin plastic together which quite frankly is never going to end well, so poor quality, this new version is cheaper and it shows, I doubt it will last long to be honest as the screws will lose their hold over time on the thin pieces of plastic they are sort of attached to.This is not Keters usual quality from years gone by, seems they have started producing cheaper versions that are just poorer quality now.

Not sure about this product yet the packaging was very poor quality it should have polystyrene all around not only at both ends the right door hinge was completely snapped off with a large chunk of the door broken off very poor quality asked the company for a replacement door will update
