I enjoyed this book very much. I'm a local real estate agent in Scottsdale so I'm no stranger to Jason Mitchell's name and reputation. It's a workbook, not something you casually read.... maybe the first time - but its more an action guide to build relationships, manage a growing real estate business. Jason is very point blank and honest about things and leaves out alot of sugar coating and shameless promotion as many other real estate agents hammer on about who do also write books. There's ALOT of info here folks, and I didn't find it to be groundbreaking, that will probably never happen again - but it does reinforce some absolute fundamentals that cant be glossed over and ignored. Hats off to Jason for this... the presentation is kind and engaging. On the 2nd read, I'll begin the work as it fits into my already active plan... Highly recommended.... Treat your relationships like gold and perhaps they will generate genuine glitter to shower over you - and you, upon them.

This is not just a read and forget book. This book takes you through actionable and accountable steps to produce a result. If you are honest and do the work this book will elevate your business no matter where you are in the real estate business. I have been through the first few weeks and now am getting to the point where I need to stop and get to work on some critical areas before moving on in this book. This book is a no brainer for helping develop a real estate business of scale. If you are serious about action in your business and improvement it will give you the road to run on, if it's just to get some ideas and divert you from your business then maybe not for you.
