Screen went black after few months
Bought it for a Christmas gift.... screen went black after few months of normal use..... pretty sad, kid is disappointed

Dead within a week
My daughter received this as a gift on 8/7/2022 (the purchaser bought in june 2022). Today is 8/22/2022 and the screen is black, it wont turn on. Unfortunately even with receipt, the 30 day return window closed because the gift was bought earlier thank the date we received it as a gift. My daughter is devastated. There is no email or anything for the manufacturer to get in contact with them either.
