Awesome customer service
Updated: I sent a message to the vendor informing them the cable broke. They replaced it without any problems or hassle.I changed my review of 1 star to 5 stars because for me customer service is king! Now that I have a quest 3, I’ll try it out to see if it works with it.This cable does not work with Quest 2 at all.. Tested with AMD Ryzen 9, 128GB Ram, 6700XT Video using USB 3.0 port and USB-C port...

Bought it to connect quest 2 for steam vr . Better than doing it wireless, cuts the lag . I recommend this if you want to use quest for steam games.

Amazing customer service
This is the 4th cable that I have bought for my headset after I found out my motherboards USB C port can output enough power. I was quite confident as I am currently using another one of this company's cables with no issues, however upon plugging it in the USB C port on my motherboard only sees it as a USB 2.0 connection with no clear way to fix it. I spent two days trying to troubleshoot the issues with no luck coming to the conclusion that it's just my motherboards fault. That was until I tried to use the included adapter. While using the included adapter is shows as USB 3.0 and gets the full speed, unfortunately I can only use it properly for about 15 seconds before it disconnects and refuses to connect again. Keep in mind that this is on the USB port that I always use for regular USB-A to USB-C link cables.TL;DRThought my motherboard USB-C port was broken, but cable doesn't work with the included adapter either.EDIT: The company reached out and offered a free replacement. Upon receiving my replacement, the cable and packaging were different. The new cable has the "Kuject" logo on both ends where as the original did not, the way the cable was coiled was using different materials to hold its shape (plastic vs paper), and the USB adapter was slightly slimmer and had no USB branding on it compared to the original. All in all not huge differences but this does make it look like two different products so be aware. This new cable does seem to fix my aforementioned USB 2.0 connectivity issue however it does also have intermittent disconnects when using it for the first few minutes, but don't happen once the battery has drained a bit. This more seems to be a common issue with the headset itself, and not the cable though.

Oculus Pro USB C to USB C
It took some fiddling but the cable works properly. Most likely my PC took time to register my headset. When playing VR games from steam it's important to start the Oculus app on PC first, the. Connect via headset in the quick settings, then open Steam VR from within the Rift menu
