Color:Vintage Red Start Living, Sunny Side Up with this space-efficient coop-and-run combination. It's hand built from solid fir and is roomy enough to comfortably house up to 4 chickens. The roost features a uniquely styled roof, offering shade and shelter while beneath the coop, a galvanized mesh-enclosed run gives hens a secure space to forage and exercise. The dual-stall nesting box is accessible through a convenient, waist-height prop-up door for easy egg collection. The coop is simple to assemble, requiring only one person and a screwdriver. Additional run space may be provided by attaching one or more Universal Expansion Pens (sold separately), which is recommended for those who cannot free-range their birds during the day.

Love this coop!
We bought this almost a year ago. We had three scrawny, free range chickens and they fit nicely. Now, they are fat, spoiled pets and we've added another. Not so much room anymore. However, if I had it to do all over again, I would still buy this. It's holding up well and super easy to clean. We've added another larger coop but two of our chickens still prefer this one. It still looks attractive in our backyard and for the money, well worth it. It was easy to assemble.

Very cute coop. Yes, it does seem smaller than expected, but the coop is only for them to sleep, not live. I will free range mine during the day, so they get plenty of exercise. It took me, one person, about and hour and a half to assemble. Assembly was easy, except the instructions didn't tell me which way to put the bottom door under the nesting box, so it opens inwards now and I can't lock it. Not a huge deal, I might just seal it off. One less area for a predator to get in. I could also just add a different lock. I did use wood glue on most of the seems, like the instructions suggested and it mad a big difference in how sturdy the coop is. I can't wait to put my chicks in there when they're old enough, They're arriving in a few days!

Save your money and look at something else
It is cute, however, the materials are of very poor quality. It was missing some parts and others had to be modified to fit, We didn't realize this until we had it mostly assembled, or would have returned it. I don't expect it to last more than a few months. It is also quite small and would hold at most two chickens. Fortunately we have it attached to a larger cage. I do not recommend this product.

Cute but.....
This was the best I could find at the time but I cannot recommend it. Several parts were cracked with one piece being broken. I needed it for my chicks so I kept it but it needed fixing and repainting. The materials are very, very cheap and I do not believe it would protect my chickens from any kind of predator attack.

Not a good pin
Half the parts came broken, had to ethier wood glue or make a new temp piece to cover certain areas to keep the elements off the chickens, alot of warped pieces, defiantly not a 300$ coop will be replacing in about a month but i needed something quick for my chickens to live in since they are to old for there baby chick pin. Would not recommend. and took an extra 4 days to arrive. very unhappy

Cute but needs to be larger.
I also bought it at Home Depot and a couple of extra runs. I have a Welsummer and Speckled Sussex that are almost 3 months old. The coop is small.

Bought ours at home depot for $199, only comfortably fits 2 of our chickens so we bought two and connected them for all four of our birds.

I purchased through Home Depot for $199. The red coop portion is very nice. The pull out tray is great for making cleaning easier than scraping and scooping.
