Had an issue with delivery and emailed company . They replied very quickly and sent me a new scale. Of course I then received then original scale. I used it once already to weigh wax for candles and it worked great for me.

I got this scale to weigh food/spices and it works great. I don't have really any experience using scales like this, so it's terrific for a novice. I would definitely recommend it, especially to people who want to make sure they're using exact amounts of food in cooking. Shipped the day after I ordered it, and arrived very quickly, too.

I expected a much bigger scale since it was advertised for making soap (hence weighing using a large bowl) They wouldn't let me return it because it didn't fit their criteria for the return so I'm stuck with it. I probably will never even use it as it is so small!

The reading for this product states that it is a kitchen scale, however when it arrived it was a pocket scale and I do mean pocket, it could fit in a ladies shirt pocket, that is how small it was. I returned it to seller but did not receive any calls, emails, or money return from it.I am from Trinidad (Caribbean) and it was quite costly to return scale).This scale is a jewelers scale

Never could get product to work even after seller got me to try different things to try to get it to work. Finally gave up and bought my niece one that worked immediately after installing batteries.

The unit would not calibrate. Trying to find a company person to talk to.......good luck. No response. I retuned it.

Small size scale that tucks away easily. It worked just as I expected for weighing wax chips. It's a must have for candle making. Weighing the wax will save you time and your candles will turn out beautiful!
