Q: Where are these manufactured?

Have no idea, they nice sock, but a little short.

not too tight at the top. Just right.

Q: Are these black socks lightweight? I don't like heavy socks

These socks are lightweight & work well with boots and athletic shoes. My only complaint is that they are tight around the ankles.

Q: Are these socks 100% cotton?

I do not believe these are 100% cotton. They were described as such but, once receiving them I could tell they are definitely a blend. As a Type 2 Diabetic, I must have 100% cotton and these irritated my feet. There is no information on the packaging they come in either that explains what they are made of but, I can tell you they do not feel anything like my other 100% cotton socks. They feel like they have rayon or spandex in them.
