Pass the Cabin Crew Interview in 24 Hours: Simple Strategies for Quick Results

I purchased this in preparation for an assessment day with BA. I felt some of it was a little basic and obvious, but then it may not have been for everyone and I don't suffer from nerves too badly - there are some good tips for avoiding stumbling on your words, how not to go red etc. I found some parts useful - what questions I should prepare for and being aware of body language - and I think it was good just for reassuring me that I had the right ideas to begin with. Anyway, I got the job, so reading it can't have hurt!
