Love this technology!
I looked all over the internet and couldn’t find a windmill cookie mold. I was surprised to come across this cookie cutter stamp combo on Amazon. It took about half a dozen cookies before I got the hang of it, but after that things went pretty smooth. I had the best luck, taking small pieces of dough and rolling them out to press and cut individual cookies. I got 23 cookies, 1/4 inch thick, out of a recipe that had 3 cups of flour, and 1 cup of ground almonds.I did over-bake the windmill cookies a bit, as you can see in the photo, and I still want to find a better recipe for Speculaas cookies; but the press is great!

Good cutter and stamp
I ordered this cookie cutter and stamp to go with a Dutch boy vintage cutter I inherited from my mother. I'm very happy with the end result! The cutter could be a little sharper but it does the job, and the stamp left a nice impression. As with any stamped cookie you must make sure your recipe doesn't contain baking powder and that once cut and stamped your cookies are refrigerated for at least 30 minutes before baking so they maintain the impression. Nice addition to my collection.

Figured out how to make this work !
Figured out the trick! I had trouble with the cookie dough sticking to the embossing plate of this 2 piece set. I tried everything, spraying with no stick spray, dipping in hot water, dipping in flour. My sister told me to try dusting the DOUGH with a light coating flour. The embossing plate was much easier to lift off of the cookie dough. If there's flour on the cookies after they're baked, just brush it off with a soft pastry brush.

What a relief!!
My closet had so many clothes in it, and you could not fit one more thing! Not even me! I had always used those vacuum clear plastic bags to store my clothes, but I noticed they had a bad smell when I took my clothes out of them to wear. I looked and shopped all over the internet until I found your bags. I got two orders of the biggest ones I could get, then waited for them to arrive. They came like speedy delivery! I was just amazed at how large and well made they were. I started packing all my clothes away, and away, and away. I could fit so much in them that I packed up my whole closet, and there was enough room in my closet that I can even store those bags. It is because you can easily stack them on top of each other. Next time I have a birthday and my husband asks me what I want. I’m going to say, “I want more of the big blue bags!” Thank you!

Good for making Windmill Cookies
We once lived in Holland back in the late 60's early 70's. My kids loved the Dutch cookies they called Windmill cookies. Even now I still buy them for them. I thought I would give making them a try. Found this stencil and ordered it. Cookies turned out ok but I made them too thick. Next time will roll dough a little thinner. The cookie cutter and stencil worked great.

It works!
What I received was two pieces of very inexpensive plastic, but they made perfect traditional dutch cookies. Compared to legos, this is actually a great deal. You'll have little chance of stepping on these two pieces of plastic, with your bare feet. Use less baking soda for impressive results.

Nice, but be careful.
I just used this cookie mold and it worked well but handle VERY carefully. This mold is very thin and may break easily. The plastic on the outside piece, the frame, has already started to come apart on the blunt side you press onto the dough. Sadly, I would not buy again although I love the design.

A hit! I'll use this cookie cutter often.
Some said that the cookies stuck and were difficult to get out of the press. Just flour the press a little between use and it comes out great. It doesn't come with a recipe but there are plenty on line. The kids loved these.
