When I first tried it out it didn’t work. The surface was too slippery so it wasn’t working with my optical mouse. I had to tape a piece of paper to it in order to give it some traction. Now it works and it’s amazing. It makes working from home easier as I can go an do a quick chore without having to periodically go back and shuggle (I know it’s not a word but that what I call it, lol) my mouse to stop my laptop from going to sleep and therefore my phone going inactive). It’s a bit pricey and is quite big, but I still think it’s pretty cool.

My friend loves the gift, life saver for him working at home. Had some issues with the wire which was dealt with professionally and friendly to sort put for him by Eve. Love supporting a UK small business too.

They’ve all broken fairy quickly, felt cheap and flimsy, not worked with all my mice, failed to keep the computer open and we’re very noisesThe Wee Shoogle is the same price, slightly better build quality (still light and flexy, but it’s already outlasted previous jigglers), works on all my mice, and is totally silent.The only improvement I can suggest is the addition of a power LED, the platter turns so slowly that it takes a moment to notice if it is runningThe device is not made in the UK but is a product of a Scottish company

Has a on-off switch. Is silent mostly but once in a while a low ticking/grinding sound.Fiddly when figuring out how best to place the mouse as the position makes a difference to movement quality - mine is not placed how it is shown in pictures.Board moves slowly underneath mouse which means mouse on screen moves minutely unlike the other cheaper options obvious that you are using it unless someone realises/checks you now never lock out/in at all.I needed it for work as going for a loo/coffee break in a WFH environment causes some Managers to question your unavailability when they randomly check the 'green/active/available' tick. Best way to keep micromanagers away.1 Star off for quality of material & how expensive it is. I was just desperate, so paid for what had most positive reviews. Something cheaper will do the job just as well but I don't want to waste time on testing others.
