Battery water is leaking due to excess heat and the power back up is also not good.

Please do not buy luminous product as their providing very poor service
i have purchased luminous inverter 1050, after one month i have noticed that the system is making unusual noise, as per the dealer request i have registered a service request to Luminous on 1st of November , they agree that their engineer will visit my home to check the inverter issue within 48 hours, but no one visited, then everyday i called to Luminous costumer care to followup the same but the result is same ( no action taken from them) finally the engineer visited my home after 18 days(18-11-2018) , the engineer said its a normal noise there is no issue with inverter, i was really surprised when engineer said its a normal noise as if any guest visit my home they will ask what machine is working here and where this noise coming. i recently purchased the inverter and its under warranty so far there is no solution provided from luminous team so i thinking to sale the system and buy new inverter as this inverter noise is really disturbing us especially at night
