Amazing Results!
After watching a YouTube video about how good it is I thought I'd give it a try an Ayurvedic herb, as I suffer from acidity and digestive problems and wanting to keep to only natural products. After taking it consistently since purchased I have noticed significant benefit especially with my digestive problems, better sleep and energy. Great benefits! Natural packaging too! Lives up to its nickname - 'King of herbs'
I highly recommend this as a staple for everyone's cupboard - it is a life changing herb! It is my go to solution for any skin/body issue. Works amazing for any bloating/indigestion. Works great for those who suffer from allergies like hay fever - ever since i've been taking Haritaki, I have been less affected by this! I've also been using it as a hair mask to get rid of some stubborn dandruff; it started to decrease after just one use.
