We have ordered this before and have been happy with the filter. Received it in a timely manner.

Perfect fit on my E-9225 system. Fast delivery. I had bought the wrong size before because Amway really hides the model number and I bought one that matched the OEM filter (which works on different models). Some slight lubing with the Dow Chemical's food safe silicone (Molykote 111) made a leak-proof fit. Finally. Now I should change the small o-rings on the leaking faucet dispenser but that is a small inconvenience I can live with for now. Despite this hassle, I can say the Amway water filter itself has lasted me a good 20 years and the only problems were external to it -- the connection to the water line, a stretched O-ring, a slightly leaking faucet.

It came promptly. I had high hopes for it but was disappointed it didn't fulfill my expectations.
