not a strong chair
I purchased the chair in September, and after three months, it began to lean on the left side, causing back pain. This chair is not heavy duty, and the quality is very poor; for the price they charge customers, they do not provide the same quality goods.This is the fourth chair I purchased from Amazon with a similar design, and it only lasted three months. I do not recommend this chair for heavy weight or heavy duty personal use.DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS.

Back Killer!!!
I've used this chair for a couple of weeks now. It has always seemed to be too upright for my taste. I have since started to feel a throbbing pain in my lower back and I have this chair to thank for it. I should have forked the extra bucks to buy a proper Herman Miller.

When the chair arrived it was well packaged, sturdy box, each piece in the box well wrapped, few spares provided also, Just follow the instructions and assembly is easy, only had this a week and so far it has firm yet comfortable padding.Dislike, not a fan of the painted plastic, but thats my personal preference.Overall seems a very good product for the price, highly recommended.

Excellent chair, very pleased with purchase.
Did a fair bit of research to find a replacement for an old home office chair and I am very pleased with my final selection. This chair was fairly easy to put together but I was pleased it took some time to take note of assembly criticisms from other purchasers (mainly to not tighten the bolts down until ALL bolts are loosely connected). I followed the instructions precisely and assembly was no problem. The chair is comfortable and looks great.
