Q: Can this go inside an Instant Pot?

Yes it can. I tried it with two cups water to steam the meat. Worked great

In my review, I advised Homend and Amazon that instructions and recieps were not received with the ham maker and requested that they be sent to me. I have not been contacted by either Homend or Amazon on this issue. Best regards to all. John S.

Q: Instead of putting it inside boiling water, can I set the oven temperature to the temperature of boiling water and put it in the oven?

I tried with boiling water, but had problems to keep permanently temperature as it should be. After that, I used oven, where you can have temperature as you setup before put it in. And you need different bags. Because provided bags are small
