A Visual Walk Through Genesis: Exploring the Story of How It All Began

This book is easy to read, has beautiful pictures and is easy to use as a reference and cross reference book.

As a person that is always looking for a deeper meaning/explanation for things, this book provides just that. I feel that this makes a good compilation with bible study and serves as a guide for the questions that you looking for answers to.

Once again, author, Stephen Miller, scores with an easy read on a complicated subject. This time it is Genesis, the 1st book of The Bible. As most are aware, The Bible can be confusing, contradicting, and, downright complicated but Miller reassures us with his investigating reporting style, wit, and comparison journalism that gives us comfort. I strongly suggest giving this book a try and any of his other books. If you are a novice or even an 'expert' on faith, you will enjoy his approach mainly because he presents the material instead of preaching it which leaves us wanting more when we turn the last page.

"A Visual Walk Through Genesis" by Stephen M. Miller (Harvest House Publishers July 2016)One of the best overviews and summary of the book of Genesis from my favorite Reference Writer. He presents what scholars say and never gives his own opinion - which is hard to do for most of us. This is his best book in the "Visual Guide" series and I would highly recommend this for Church Study classes. Miller even provides Study Questions for Discussion and a web site for more resources including a simplified translation of Genesis written by Stephen Miller himself!

I simply love all of Stephen Miller's books. The illustrations are gorgeous, the maps are amazing and the the writing is informative and inspiring. A Visual Walk Through Genesis has to be one of my favorite books by Stephen...I highly recommend it. It not only informs, but it makes you stop and think about things that you've never thought of before. Once you read this....and his online paraphrase of Genesis, you will come away with a whole new appreciation for God's Word and it's meaning.I was given a copy of this book by the author and was under no obligation to write a positive review.

I read everything I can get my hands on that Stephen Miller writes and recently read "A Visual Walk Through Genesis." It's Stephen's best book to date. I heartily recommend this book to everyone.
