First off Amazon sent me what appears to returned item. The instructions were missing and one of the faucet adapters was poorly threaded on the hose where it had no business being.I live in a 90 year old house and it's not an understatement to say a lot of things are weird about the plumbing. At first I thought the fittings were all too small for my faucet but after eMailing the company for support they assured me it should fit. I tried threading one of the adapters into the screen holder I had taken off the faucet and it went right in and then I compared the threads on the adapter to my faucet and the pitch looked the same. The diverter would only screw on a thread or 2 so once I was sure it was going on straight, I finished tightening it with a visegrip.Once the diverter was on the rest of the water connections went on finger tight. I'm sure my install problems were due to an old, weird faucet and not likely anything the average person would have to deal with. It comes with a pivoting adapter that I couldn't see a reason to use since the diverter is designed to swivel. All the parts look to be very well made. Honestly I wish I could have installed one of these 12 years ago when I bought the house.The only other comment I have is the settings on the shower head have one oddity. All the way one direction turns it off and all the way the other shoots out a jet of water in line with the handle. If you're not ready for that it can send water flying over a shower curtain and all over the place. In summery it's not just a good item for the money it's a very good deal for what it costs.

Got this to put on my laundry tub where I give my dog a bath. It came with all kinds of adapters and was extremely easy to install. It has numerous sprays and is a great improvement. Makes it easy to spray him off when coming in from a walk and also for his baths.

Easy to install, the kit had the adapters to fit the faucet on the spa tub, it will be useful for cleaning tub and showering off after tub use.

First off, good company; emailed me before I ever got it to say they had more adapters if I needed, but as it came, it fit perfectly. Well-documented, came with an array of different faucet adapters, and can be used for faucets with internal aerators and those with external threads like my utility sink and laundry tub (pictured).Only complaint: After you finish and turn the diverter back to the sink mode, water can still leak out of the sprayer, because the hose still has water in it. You can attempt to drain the hose by leaving the sprayer in the sink for a bit, but I found that it still drips. A positive "off" switch on the sprayer would have been nice. For this reason, I put it on my utility tub in the basement, not the Laundry tub on the first floor.

Purchase is great. Faucet installation was easy and the shower works great. The only problem is the shower holder that came with it. The glue is not that strong so every time that I place the shower it just fall. Will get a new holder. Beside that a good purchase. As an update of this order. They manage to send me a new holder. They are really helpful in regards of any inconveniences.

I received the product and the aerator was not fitting my utility sink. I sent them an email and they sent over the correct one right away. The sprayer works great.

Has different settings, very easy to install. I brought initially to bath my brother in a wheelchair, at kitchen sink but just wound up putting in my shower.

Would have been a good product. Unfortunately the adapter did not fot my tub faucet.
