Nice story--pictures are colourful and story is engaging for my three year old. My three year old also loves the poster that came with it an insisted it be hung up. The story follows the cartoon version closely. For Dora fans, I would recommend it (as long as they don't get scared by dragons). The theme also introduces the idea of eating foods that bring us energy and not just food (marshmallows in the story) that are enjoyed for taste. It also touches on the idea of needing to move your body to feel well--it is still a book my child requests two years later and has helped to reinforce the concepts around nutrition and exercise.
