My husband and I both use these back and leg pain pills. They do work for us. I like the fact they dissolve under the tongue. There is no taste to them. They dissolve quickly. They do ease the pain. We use them at bedtime and sometimes during the day if our back or knees are really bothering us. We try to always have them on hand. I like the fact they are made from natural ingredients I feel like we are safer using these when we can. It helps limit the use of other pain meds that can be harmful. Many times…this is all we need to feel better. The price isn’t too bad. All OTC medications have gone up. We are lucky not to be on too many medications yet.

I saw this advertised in the AARP magazine. I have compression fractures in my back and thought I would give it a try. It is fantastic! It has helped to relieve most of the pain so I can now enjoy my retirement building bird houses and working in the yard.

It doesn't help if you experience severe pain or muscle spasms; however, it may assist with mild pain.

Arrived in good condition. Easy to swallow tablets. I do a lot of walking and slow jogging and these keep me from cramping in my legs. I take them on a regular basis and they really help.

If there was a longer lasting effect, this product would be amazing. Does what it says if you also give yourself a little rest but otherwise no big difference.

I have been taking these pills for a couple of mths hoping to help my broken back. I have HBP and not positive but my BP has shot way up over 180/81 & have painful cramps in my right leg. I say not sure but strange that this started happening at the time I started taking these dissolving pills.

I believe one or more of my medications is causing the leg cramp problem. This is helping
