I’ve been using cordless cutting knives for years, but the battery just doesn’t seem to last or have the power needed to cut my 21 pound turkey that I bake every year for turkey day!I’ve gone through four or five carving knives over the last 40 years so I decided after reading the reviews I would give the corded one a try, I love the handle, the trigger lock and the power it never stops. It always keeps working!I would highly recommend this cutting knife because it does the job every time it came on time well packed and very sharp blades!

I think it’s a good knife I just didn’t like the handle so I returned it

My parents’ old electric knife had longer blades, but after many years of service, had to get a new one.

Don’t buy this knife, it’s so small and very hard for a man to hold. I thought I bought a good electric knife, and this was a Christmas present for my daughter, now I have to go buy another one.
