Enjoyed the flavor of the sausage will definitely buy again

I don't use this product to make sausage, but instead us it in tomato based sauces to substitute for adding pork sausage to the sauce. I really hate adding sausage to a sauce as there is so much fat in the sausage tht then has to be removed. When you remove the fat, you loose a lot of fat soluble flavors. Much better to use this seasoning instead.

We used this flavoring for ground up chicken sausage. OMG, perfect Italian seasoning in every way

Good amount for the money but to get a semi bold flavor it’s unbelievably salty.

The flavor of this seasoning is phenomenal! Used 1.6oz for 5lbs of pork. We did add an additional tsp of fennel and a light dusting of granulated garlic.

this product did not list the fact that it contain onions which my wife is allergic to .

This seasoning is delicious! But the ingredients on the package I received contained sugar! It shows no sugar in the ingredients on the description picture! This takes it from a five in flavor to a two in deception!😞
