It is easy to ignore all the symptoms and blame it to natural process yet we should be aware that it might lead to something more problematic in the long run.The book didn't only discuss what is leaky gut but laid down the foundation why people experience it. It was clear in the discussion that we have to listen to our body before anything else. I was quite surprise that the book included a detox plan which can help our digestive system. It is easy to do and I can follow this plan over the weekend. The 2 week detox plan is a good way to clean our system of all the toxins.Through this book, I was able to distinguish the difference between the common diarrhea/constipation and a bigger problem that is leaky gut.

Most of us have no clue how our digestive system functions. Most of us don’t know that the digestive (GI) tract can be the causes of our health glory or demise. We are not amebae or other microorganism which imbibe fluid and nutrients through their skins. We use our specialized and differentiated set of tubes that run from our mouth to out bottom.So the health and proper function of these tubes is very important. Helps taking good care of your digestive system...
As I was reading this book I feel a little bit scared how leaky gut syndrome can affect our digestive tracks.I am so glad that I read this book now I have a meal to follow not to have it.And now I know that candida has something to do with leaky gut.The book contain recipe to maintain the level of candida like the cocoa banana ice cream which I am so lucky to make it everyday for me to maintain my digestion works properly.This book offers you recipes that helps your digestive tracks healthy and work properly.It includes dinner recipes and dessert recipes.Blake Nicole also gives a Leaky gut treatment information for us to follow when we know that we are having the symptoms mention in the first chapter of this book.

Stay healthy!
This is a very informative, detailed and well-researched book. It gives me awareness and information on some of the common gut diseases such as SIBO, IBS, and that caused by sugar addiction. I am thankful enough that I have found this book here. It’s very informative and it did help me recently with my tummy problems. I was well informed on how medicinal, natural remedies, diet and lifestyle changes can heal small intestinal bacterial growth and restore gut health.The proven steps and strategies presented are helpful in many ways. I would recommended this book.

A Complete Health Guide
I think it is a complete health guide. Although, it explain about the Leaky Gut Syndrome and its symptoms. Apart from that it also explains that how we keep our body healthier. if you follow this book, then your health will be improve in many ways. i bought this book because i want to know more about it and its symptoms. Those who experience being gassy, bloated, food sensitivities, cramps, aches, pain, having diarrhea and many other digestive issues in their life, the advice in this book can help you prevent such diseases.You will also get meal plan for your daily life, exercises and meditation to get rid of harmful substances. It will give you clear picture that how meditation, exercise, better and healthier diet can improve your digestive system.

Useful for 'starters'
The book seems most useful if you're still starting to understand leaky gut. For me unfortunately there was not much new information.

Very informative about leaky gut syndrome
I had heard about what is known as the leaky gut syndrome, but was unaware of what it is. Reading this book, I found all about this syndrome. I found out that how a simple disregard for our diet and lifestyle can cause this health condition. I also understood that how regular exercises, proper diet and usage of simple natural ingredients such as those mentioned in the book can help us take care or even prevent this condition from occurring. A very useful book on leaky gut syndrome.

barely covers the basics
A small book, (73 pages), with only the very basic info and seems to be a bit outdated. Does not mention lectins at all. Several pages are used up with recipes and exercises. Would not recommend it.
