Enjoyable Cozy
This was a little different cozy and I enjoyed it. Actually read it in a couple of days as once I started it, I could not put it down. Loved the setting and the characters, The theme was well done, and I did not guess the murderer. I had a little difficulty with the wording, but not so much that it detracted from the story or flow of the reading that much. I will be looking for the next book in the series.

Loved it!
I loved this story! Definitely fit the bill of a cozy murder mystery. A surprising ending, too. Canโt wait for Toniโs next book!PS - The person who wrote that this was โtoo Americanโ - ?

A very enjoyable mystery, with an excellent plot.
I loved the location of a pretty country village, and the assortment of strong characters who lived there, and the book was very well written with lots of twists and turns to keep the reader guessing, but it soon became apparent who would become the murder victim, and then the story really took off with an unexpected turn of events and red herrings which led to a shocking and completely unforeseeable climax.I do hope we shall be reading more of Maggie Glen's investigations soon.

Perfect Light Read
A really really good Cozy Murder Mystery. Characters you empathise with immediately, a good story and some plot twists. Think I need to move to a little village with a Green, Church, Pub, Tea Room and spinster sisters :).Already looking forward to Toni's next book.

A wonderful cozy mystery
Chantley Green is a little village where nothing bad really happens. It's the type of village where everyone is friendly. However a couple of strangers appear and there's murder, mayhem and a ferret. Maggie Glenn and friends help the local police one of whom is her son. I really enjoyed reading this book. It is well worth five stars.
