Excellent - Good Size/Shows The Beauty of the Tea
Love Love Love. Not plastic just clear, thin, vacuum layer of air to prevent burnt hands while keeping beverages hot. Also keeps them cold due to the insulating layer. Very nice. Bamboo spoon a nice touch too. I vacillated about which mug to get but am glad I decided and got this one. I have knocked it a bit when washing and it stood up without a scratch but I would recommend being kind to it nonetheless. Satisfied completely.UPDATE 02/04/2018 - Still Love, Love, Love this mug. Durable (clanked it with other dishes and the microwave door without a chip!), NOT made of plastic btw, hands stay comfortable even with the hottest liquids. Shows the tea colour nicely which allows for precise steeping when using loose tea especially. Can recommend it enough - go out and get yourself one. Or two. Or three . . . :)

The Good, the Bad and a full disclosure.
Full disclosure. I paid full price for my cups and got nothing from anybody associated with this company. I want to say this because all the other reviews have gotten something...I didn't.THE GOOD: Cups are beautiful and do exactly as you would image they do. Warm to touch after about a minute but never get hot. Look cool as hell when drinking out of them. Big enough to steep two tea bags and make a big cup of strong tea.THE BAD: There are big and I mean really big ( like those coffee cups that the TV show " Friends" had at their coffee shop). Measuring 5 3/4" x 3 1/8" from the outside, with sides that slope out some ( look closely at picture). There are a little awkward to drink out of as you really can't sip out of a big outwardly sloping cup easily. It does work but it's not super comfortable and no matter how careful I am there is always a little drop of tea left on the outside of cup. They feel delicate and I worry I will break if place on table to hard while drinking. You could not drop these down hard while drinking out of them. Conclusion: Yes I would buy again because I like the look.......so in this case form over function.

Love the looks but after using for a short time there is water between the glass on one of them. I hand washed them and never let them sit in water. I would contact company but can't figure out how to do so !

Defect on bottoms that will allow for fluid to enter, an issue known to the manufacturer.
These are attractive and functional insulated mugs, with minor imperfections that highlight each as a unique handmade work. I would give them a 5 star rating except for the frequency of small defects on the bottoms that allow for fluids to get in. This is a known issue that the manufacturers try to work around by filling the defect with semi-opaque sealant which in my and other reviewers' experience tends to eventually fall out, letting fluid in, while retaining fluid accumulations creating condensation within the internal insulated area and eventually concentrating grime that is clearly visible and yet impossible to clean. If one gets a mug without a filled defect then consider it a 5 star mug, keeping in mind they are delicate. Note that at no time did I use a dishwasher to clean them, and I would guess that using one might hasten the sealant falling out. As far as I am concerned I will keep returning the mugs as the sealant falls out until I get a set without a defect, so far I am 1 for 2.

Love the glasses and look but not the quality...
We opened glasses for Christmas and 3 days after and 4 uses after there is a crack on the outside wall:( And no - no extreme usage... Just drinking and washing: (Update - 1/2/2016.I have bought the most expensive bamboo spoons ever. Yes - that's what's left from the glasses. Quality is very poor and they are very delicate. Don't buy unless you will just put them somewhere to look at them bit not use them :(

Delightful. Everything tastes better when it looks good.
Love these two cups and bamboo teaspoons. The glass looks fragile but I use them constantly and they are strong and look amazing. My only complaints are that they don't hold the heat as long as a ceramic mug. And I would like a saucer with them.My K coffee maker has 6,8,10 ounces. These cups will hold the 10 ounces.Everyone should have these only for the way they look. When you are working and look over and see them it is a visual that makes you smile. Also fun to serve guests.

Exactly what I wanted.
The pair of these glasses are beautiful. The double pane really does give it a unique look with the liquid being suspended. The only thing I would say is be careful with leaving them out. Being hand made they do look rather susceptible to cracking with some rough handling, I suppose this could be said with most glassware. In the end the design, size, price, and quality hit all the marks and I have been enjoying these glasses.

They are amazing. I prefer using them for green teas as ...
The top rims of the cups are a bit wobbly and not completely consistent. I am sure this has to do with the process of blowing the glass. The edge varies only slightly though and I did not let that keep me from buying my own set after drinking from them at a friends. That is the only reason I give them less than 5 stars. They are amazing. I prefer using them for green teas as they show off the different color of various teas nicely. High quality and a two day flawless delivery. Thank you!
