Bauerfeind Sports Ankle Support - Breathable Compression (Rivera, Large/Right)

Let me be clear. This item is worth every penny.I had a strained Achilles tendon for years, caused by involuntarily twisting my foot to the right while walking and running. It got to the point that even when noticing the twist while treadmill running, I would try and consciously keep my foot straight. However, the effort was neither natural nor comfortable.This ankle support successfully addressed a problem I had for years. Even after wearing the support for just two exercise sessions, I am already walking straighter with almost no pain after my session. The support is also very comfortable.I highly recommend.

I purchased this for after my ankle surgery for when I got released from my CAM boot. My surgery consisted of a torn ligament repair. As a backup I purchased a brace from Target as well which I tired wearing but found that it provided little to no support. I was skeptical about the price tag on this one but it is worth every penny. It fits comfortably into all shoes and provides the needed support. I wear a size 8 Women’s shoe and ordered a size large

This brace is comfortable, and offers a little bit of protection, but it's way overpriced for what it is. I've got several different braces and thought I'd give this one a shot as a daily wear. It's nice, but I can't see anything about it that makes it worth being twice as expensive as other braces out there.

The knee brace is amazing. This ankle brace is so disappointing. The compression portion is ok, but there is very little support. The strap that is designed to provide support digs into my foot.

This product is extremely well-crafted. It provides good compression and the design of the strap is well engineered for comfort, support and ability to wear under athletic shoes. I purchased 3 other similar products but returned all of them, keeping this one which has provided superior relief during my recovery period.

Good brace fits nicely and light weight, fits inside the shoe without issue. After foot surgery was looking for lighter brace this works well and is comfortable to wear playing tennis. It is a bit on the pricey side, but I rated on functionality versus price therefore the 5 star rating

This is my second one of these ankle supports. It is far better than any of the others I have tried. It provides terrific support for lateral movement during sports activities. But it is also flexible enough so that I don't even know I am wearing it. The figure eight strip is what adds great support, the support is easy to clean, and it lasts a long time. Great product.

My son was very excited about wearing this brace. He loved the look and feel of it, but unfortunately the seam came apart after only 5 uses. This has to be a defect because it’s beyond “normal wear and tear”. Unfortunately I cannot return it because my son broke his 5th metatarsal (for the 4th time) in between the 5 uses and it’s now beyond my return window. I’m disappointed with this $70 brace and thought we would get more use out if it.
