great phone case! i have nothing to complain about. had this case for around 4 now and it's taken no damage at all. the ears are super sturdy and show no signs of breaking off or anything. the product also arrived pretty fast.

Returned the item unopened, & unused over 12 days ago, as instructed. I have sent several emails (with no reply) regarding the status of my refund. I returned the case because while it looks cute, it felt flimsy in the packaging. Not what i was looking for. I have never had an issue w/a return before w/Amazon. Could this be the dealbreaker that ends our relationship??
