The media could not be loaded. For a few years now I have had issues with falling asleep. I was actively looking for some non-chemical remedy to help me over a longer period of time. My favorite herb, which always worked for me, was camomile. I was positively surprised that Theenk Tea offers a chamomile-based tea blend with 4 additional herbs! This tea works wonders! Not only calms me down every evening but also significantly increased the quality of my sleep. The box is nicely made with a small guide inside. I was amazed at how you can see every herb in the packet. Usually, all herbs are ground but Theen tea keeps them in a natural form and I believe the herbs keep their properties better. I like the fact that the box contains 21-day program, it makes me motivated to drink one tea daily and build new habits!
